After a number of years struggling to find reliable & cost effective support for Daventry International Railport, where some previous suppliers had neglected us as a "small" contract deeming it to be less important than their bigger clients, we awarded the maintenance contract to Pearsons.

During our time working with Pearsons they have provided an excellent service. Not only with the monthly inspection & reporting but also on emergency call outs to which they have responded in a timely manner and have often got the terminal out of some sticky situations.

Pearsons have always responded with a "can do" attitude to any problem we experienced no matter how large or small. Doing their utmost to source the appropriate replacements rather than take the easier & usually more expensive option of straight replacement that previous contractors have often done.

We feel that there is a strong working relationship between the two companies and more importantly the staff. The benefits of this relationship combined with competitive pricing in a tough economic climate leads us to see Pearsons as our preferred supplier of P-way maintenance for DIRFT I and the developments of DIRFT II & III going forward.
